  • The Film State of Union address co-hosted by Film Birmingham and the Sidewalk Film Center & Cinema will be a dynamic and informative event where industry professionals and filmmakers gather to discuss the current state of the film community in Birmingham. Join us to discuss recent achievements, challenges, and future plans as well as shedding light on the exciting developments in the local film scene. HAPPY HOUR/NETWORKING EVENT IN LOBBY FROM 6PM - 7PM, PRESENTATION IN THE THEATRE AT 7PM. *This is a free event. Reservations are strongly recommended but not required. Seating is first come, first served*

*All Wednesday screenings are captioned if made available by the distributor.
*Films will usually have an average of 8-10 minutes of trailers before each screening. 
*Seating is general admission. Arrive early to screenings if you want to ensure everyone in your group sits together.
*No outside food or beverages. We have a full bar and concessions in the cinema, and anything purchased from there can be taken into the theatre.
