Overview
- This screening of our Festival de Cine Filmmaker Focus: Alejandro González Iñárritu series will be preceded by an intro and followed by a post-film talkback from Sarah Valentín-Sánchez, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Spanish at Talladega College. Synopsis: A fading actor best known for his portrayal of a popular superhero attempts to mount a comeback by appearing in a Broadway play. As opening night approaches, his attempts to become more altruistic, rebuild his career, and reconnect with friends and family prove more difficult than expected.
*All Wednesday screenings are captioned if made available by the distributor.
*Films will usually have an average of 8-10 minutes of trailers before each screening.
*Seating is general admission. Arrive early to screenings if you want to ensure everyone in your group sits together.
*No outside food or beverages. We have a full bar and concessions in the cinema, and anything purchased from there can be taken into the theatre.
