Our Film 101 series is just like film school without the annoying fear of unemployment. Every month features an important, influential film from a different decade, moving from 1903 in January to 2021 in December. Film screenings include links to additional resources to help historically and culturally contextualize the featured film. Film Synopsis: The story of a family in Waco, Texas in 1956. The eldest son witnesses the loss of innocence and struggles with his parents' conflicting teachings.
