Final Travel Plans Form
(please DON’T fill this out until you’re sure that you’re coming and have finalized your travel plans, but please DO fill it out before August 17th even if you are a local filmmaker)
Each film accepted to the 2019 Sidewalk Film Festival will receive the following ticketing benefits:
-Two (2) complimentary Filmmaker badges
-Up to five (5) additional passes at a discounted rate of $100 each*.
*These discounted passes may be used for other filmmakers OR for friends/family attending the Festival with your team. On the checkout page, you will see a space to add names of additional passholders. When adding these names, please indicate whether the attendee is a filmmaker by noting their role on the film, or indicate that they are a guest (friend or family member). If this is not indicated for each passholder, someone from the Sidewalk office will contact you to confirm.
**These passes must be claimed no later than Friday, August 2nd, 2019** After this date, the discounts within the portal will be disabled, and passes will only be available at the current retail price.
To redeem your complimentary and discounted passes:
The contact who submitted the film will receive an email welcoming them to the Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema. This email contains the username (email address) and a temporary password at the bottom of the email below the signature line, which can be used to log into the Portal. You will then be prompted to create your own password.
After you have created your new password, you can click here to log into the Portal and redeem your passes.
Only the submitter’s Portal account will have access to complimentary and discounted passes. These discounts cannot be transferred to another account.
