PLEASE NOTE: Our insurance policy covers all film prints and tapes in our possession during the festival. However, Sidewalk cannot be held responsible for loss or damages while the film or tape is being shipped to and from the festival. If insurance is necessary for your return shipment, please be sure to fill in the appropriate insurance value on this form.
